Contract Implementation Administrator

About the role and your responsibilities

As a Contract Implementation Administrator, you will work on various tasks within the Contract Implementation team. Your responsibility and focus will be to ensure the delivery of premium services to customers and dealers while maintaining high quality throughout all internal processes. This position is dynamic, and you will handle a range of administrative tasks. You will also have ongoing contact with internal colleagues across the company's three markets, as well as with customers and dealers. You will be part of a fun, informal, and high-performing team.

• Manage daily implementation tasks related to contracts, together with the team
• Daily reconciliations and contract reviews
• Handling of Commercial Finance affairs to dealers
• Conduct inventory checks
• Management and resolution of contracts

About you

• High school diploma in finance or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services or back-office
• Understanding of processes and systems
• Strong quality awareness
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English
• Analytical skills and results-oriented

The position is located at our client's office in Sollentuna. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant and access to a gym. In this role, you will work as a consultant for Jurek Talents and start on a fixed-term contract immediately until the end of the year, with a great chance of extension.
