About the Position

Oatly needs to strengthen its team with engaged students! As a student at Oatly, you will work extra as needed during the summer between weeks 25–33. The role includes various tasks, and your main responsibilities will include:

Setting up machines
Monitoring production
Preparing materials
Ensuring food quality through sampling

You will work in new, nice facilities with a team where collaboration and a sense of responsibility are top priorities. Since the production is within the food industry, it is important that you feel comfortable in a cleanroom environment where safety and quality are the main principles.

This position is for you who have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies. Working hours are scheduled on a 5-shift basis, which means you will work during the day, afternoon, night, and weekends. For the right candidates, part-time work after the summer will be an option.

About You

We are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and takes initiative. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy working both in a team and independently. We would like you to have previous experience as a machine operator, but the most important thing is your curiosity to learn and develop. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in food production.

Important for the position is:

Another occupation of at least 50%
Flexible regarding tasks and working hours
Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
Driving license and access to a car are considered highly meritorious
Forklift license is an advantage

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

To ensure a thorough assessment, we use personality tests in our selection process. A background check will be conducted on all final candidates in the recruitment process.
