We want to grow! We are now looking for you who are, or want to become, an independent entrepreneur in the hairdressing profession. You will be part of the Hudoteket team at Jönköping's oldest and largest beauty salon. We have a full hair salon where there are endless opportunities if you want to start your own business in these premises. A perfect opportunity if you are perhaps a group of hairdressers who want to try being independent entrepreneurs but want to avoid all the surrounding aspects that come with collaborating with us.

Are you passionate about hair care, color, and form as well as providing world-class customer service? Do you want to be part of a large team? Then do not hesitate to send in your inquiry.

Who are you and what do you work with? You are an experienced hairdresser who already has your own business or is eager to try. You will primarily work with cutting, highlighting, and coloring treatments. At the salon, we also work with extensions and offer party and bridal hairstyles, so if you are skilled at this, there is also an opportunity to work with it. Here, you as a hairdresser set the limits; with us, there is room and opportunities to develop your own business.

As a person, you are efficient yet meticulous. You are passionate about service and providing Hudoteket's customers with the best hair treatments, advice, and product recommendations. You need to be attentive to respond well to customers' questions and inspire them. Making their visit something extraordinary is your biggest mission of the day.

Job Responsibilities

As part of your work, you will 

• Perform professional treatments.
• Provide customers with recommendations on treatments, products, and other tips that can improve their hair care at home.
• As part of the team, we help each other keep the common areas tidy as well as your own space and work materials.

Hudoteket has a large customer base thanks to our other departments in the salon, which is a significant advantage for you as a hairdresser.

We also have a wide range of products for sale, including hair, skin, makeup, and health. With us, you can truly offer your customers a complete concept.

The hair salon is newly renovated with everything needed, as well as comfortable new shampoo chairs.

Work Environment

We can boast an incredibly lovely environment as we have bright, beautiful premises with chandeliers and tiled stoves. This makes it easy for both customers and staff to feel comfortable. Our lovely hairdressing department consists of five chairs on its own floor.

Employment:

You are our partner with your own business, part-time or full-time as agreed.

Working Hours:

We are open Monday-Friday 10-18, and Saturdays 9-14. The schedule is set by agreement within our opening hours.

We offer:

You will have access to our salon with both customer areas such as waiting rooms and reception, laundry room, and staff room. Customer service for phone bookings, website for marketing, as well as online booking and a shop with payment service.
