About the position

As a consultant at Lernia, you will work within the manufacturing industry in the Vimmerby and Hultsfred areas. You will be responsible for performing your tasks accurately and efficiently, contributing to the team's success and adapting to varying work environments.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma and preferably experience in the industry. A technical interest is also important to succeed in this role. You need to be in good physical shape as the work can sometimes be heavy and monotonous. We value that you are handy, self-driven, and have a positive attitude in collaboration with colleagues. Flexibility, responsibility, and a strong work ethic are crucial qualities for this position.

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in the industry. Knowledge of specific industrial technology or certifications can also be a plus. Having worked in teams before and having experience adapting to different work environments is highly valued. Additional training in adult education or job-specific courses can also give you an advantage in the selection process.
