SwedSafe AB is a leading manufacturer of hearing protection, focusing on earplugs in various types and materials. Production takes place in Sweden, primarily at our facility in Tyringe.

We are now looking for: Mechanic

Qualifications:

Mechanical education with experience from process industry or other manufacturing industry.

Detail-oriented with a good ability to effectively plan one's own work and good teamwork skills.

Communicative, curious, goal-oriented, and systematic in approach

Good knowledge of product quality from a customer perspective

Education at least at the high school level

Knowledge of 5S/Lean and a good sense of order and tidiness.

Preferred experience in:

· Injection molding

· Hot work

· Welding training

· English

· Computer skills

· Electrical certification

Job Description:

The position as a maintenance mechanic involves: technical problem-solving, quality assurance, and reporting of completed tasks. Performing service and maintenance of machinery,

Creating maintenance plans, executing and documenting maintenance, and ensuring that emergency downtimes are avoided. Ordering spare parts.

You will work closely with production staff and assist in training and instructing operators.

Participating in workplace safety efforts and assisting outside of your own job area when needed.

Salary according to collective agreement with IF Metall.

The employment is a 6-month probationary period that can lead to a permanent position
