About us:

Dolores is a new Spanish restaurant opening this spring in the heart of Hagastaden – a neighborhood filled with life and energy. We offer our guests genuine Spanish flavors with a modern twist in a warm and vibrant atmosphere. Our goal is to create a place where food, service, and ambiance go hand in hand.

About the role:

As a waiter/waitress at Dolores, you will be a key person in our guest experience. You will:

• Welcome and guide guests through our menu and drink offerings.
• Serve food and drinks with joy and professionalism.
• Contribute to a personal and memorable experience for each guest.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure the highest quality and service.
• Help create a wonderful atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a restaurant, preferably à la carte.
• Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and service.
• Is positive, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
• Is a team player who spreads energy and contributes to a great atmosphere.
• Speaks Swedish and preferably English (Spanish is a big plus!).
