About the position
As an Export Forwarder with us, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing export transports of groupage goods by road. You will play a central role in communication with customers, carriers, and our partners across Europe.
Your responsibilities include:
Daily handling of bookings and export documentation
Contact with customers, carriers, and agents
Ensuring that transports are carried out according to agreed terms and timelines
Following up and managing any deviations
Contributing to the development of our export processes
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in freight forwarding, preferably with a focus on road transport and groupage goods
Good system skills, preferably experience with transport and business systems
Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing (additional language skills are a plus)
The ability to work in a structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused manner
A positive attitude and enjoys working both independently and in a team
