As a bid coordinator with us, you will play a central role in the region's bidding work. In close collaboration with the region's business developers and bid managers, you will:

• Coordinate both single disciplinary and complex multidisciplinary procurements in various procurement systems.
• Administer inquiries in the CRM system.
• Monitor procurements and manage inquiries.

You will compile bid materials and administer documentation related to the bidding work within our region. The role also includes preparing summary materials for relevant parties, corporate documents, submitting bids, and monitoring award decisions. You will convene meetings and ensure that all details are in place for us to deliver bids of the highest quality. For larger inquiries within the region, you will be the contact person for other regions within the company, and you will have a wide network within the organization. If necessary, you will also assist the region with administrative support. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is brave, engaged, and a true team player. You thrive on taking your own initiatives and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and drive to meet deadlines make you a valuable asset to us. You are results-oriented, work methodically and structured, are used to taking a leadership role in the bidding process, and have a business-oriented mindset with the ability to see opportunities. You have a natural ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, and you are accustomed to delivering under pressure.

Requirements for the position:

• Several years of experience in bidding processes, preferably with experience in public procurements.
• Experience working in a CRM system.
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Completed and relevant high school diploma or higher education level.

Meritorious:

• Experience as a cost estimator or similar with a contractor.
• Knowledge of construction law.
• Experience from the construction and real estate industry and a good understanding of the consulting business.
