MIAB N-Clean is looking for a Team Leader for our area in Åre. 

In the role of Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in the assigned area. You will staff with substitutes when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The position involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB N-Clean's guiding principle.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning services to some extent at our customers' locations during your workday if required. You are flexible and always ready to step into the role of cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You will work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Housekeeping Manager/Operations Manager.

The job also involves working in our systems, which require computer skills.

Language requirements for the position: Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

 The languages are a requirement for being able to speak, read, and communicate.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services, and leadership training is a plus.

A requirement is that you reside in the Åre municipality or have good communication to travel to and from work every day of the week.

Class B driver's license for manual car is a plus for the position
