We are looking for a driven production technician for our service workshop in Falun. Here, you will become an important part of the team and support the technicians in their daily work.

Job Description

As a production technician with us, you are a vital part of the team in the workshop. Your role is to plan the work in the service workshop, support the technicians in both technical and administrative matters, and help solve mechanical/technical problems that may arise in daily operations. The role is both administrative and practical, where you will greatly benefit from previous experience as a mechanic. You ensure that we adhere to timelines and deliver according to customer expectations, focusing on both quality and efficiency. You contribute to the effective use of resources. In this role, you need to have the competence to make decisions about what you should do, what the technicians should do, and when jobs need to be rescheduled.

Your time will be divided between service/repair and the team's development through daily management.

Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Experience in workshop work as a mechanic is a requirement.
• Good computer skills.
• The ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. Other languages are an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (B).

Leadership experience is an advantage.

Employment, Scope, Location, Start Date

The employment is permanent, full-time, based in Falun. Start date according to agreement.
