We are looking for a Receptionist for Best Western Hotel Arctic Eden

As part of the Arctic Eden family, you will work in a wonderful and goal-oriented team where we create a unique experience for our guests together. We are a strong-knit team that works purposefully and with heart.

As a Receptionist , you will be one of the first people that guests meet, and your service and commitment will shape their stay. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, taking care of conference guests, and handling administrative tasks. You will stay updated on what is happening in Kiruna and the surrounding area and can provide tips and advice on activities for our guests. You will report to our Reception Manager.

The position involves working both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Qualifications

As a person, you are driven and positive with a pronounced social ability. You provide a personal and professional reception to guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. It is important that you can take initiative, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations. We see it as a given that you enjoy working in a team and are a caring colleague.

We are looking for someone who has

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus

· Good computer skills
