About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced property caretaker to join our team in Sundsvall. You will work closely with both colleagues and tenants and be an important part of the daily operations of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Manage viewings in connection with rentals
Assist with the rental of apartments
Inspect apartments during move-in and move-out
Handle maintenance requests and perform minor repairs
Contact with residents and service providers
Basic administration in our digital systems

Requirements:

Experience in similar property maintenance work
Driving license (B)
Good computer skills
Knowledge of basic technical maintenance (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
