About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Svanen, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Apoteket Svanen is centrally located by the square in Torshälla, near the river and with good bus connections. We have a loyal customer base of both regulars and summer guests, creating a dynamic and appreciated work environment.

Our team currently consists of two pharmacy technicians and three pharmacists who together create a familiar and supportive workplace. The pharmacy is part of the Apoteksgruppen Kungsör-Köping, where we value both competence and joy at work.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
