Karlskrona as a municipality is growing, and so are we at Karlskronahem. We are now expanding our property management and repair team with a white goods technician/installer.

In this role, you will be an important part of our team and contribute to ensuring a safe and functioning living environment for our tenants. You will work with the repair, installation, and service of white goods in our properties and have a direct impact on the daily lives of tenants by delivering high-quality service.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled white goods technician/installer who wants to be part of our team and contribute to a safe and smooth service experience for our tenants. You will work with the repair, installation, and service of white goods in our properties. As a white goods technician/installer at Karlskronahem, you will report to the service manager. The role includes:

• Diagnosing and resolving faults in white goods.
• Performing replacements, repairs, and installations, as well as handling warranty cases.
• Advising tenants on the use and maintenance of white goods.
• Ordering and managing spare parts.
• Documenting completed work.
• Following safety regulations and work routines.
• Collaborating with colleagues at Karlskronahem to contribute to a smooth and efficient operation.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, meticulous, and self-driven. You have a technical understanding and a problem-solving attitude. Your work affects our tenants' daily lives, so customer interaction and engagement are important.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in the repair and installation of white goods.
• Technical education or equivalent experience.
• Electrical qualification B.
• The ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Driving license B.
• Computer skills and system competence.
• Good physical ability, as the work can be physically demanding.
• Good ability to work independently and in a team.

Language skills beyond Swedish and English are an advantage.
