This is what the job is about

Elme has a strong order intake and is constantly developing its technology organization to better meet the increasing demand. We are now looking for a System Owner for electronics and control systems in our spreaders. Our technology organization is divided into two main product areas, each with a product owner. Cross-functionally, we have System Owners who are specialists in their fields and collaborate with product owners and employees in their respective product flows.

As a System Owner, you will be responsible for all technical and design-related issues for the products' electrical systems and components. This involves close communication with other technology groups. You are a specialist in your area and an important asset for the respective Product Owner. You report directly to the Head of Technology.

This position is suitable for you who: are passionate about technology, appreciate deepening your knowledge in your field (electronics and control systems), have a responsible attitude, find it easy to collaborate and communicate, have worked as an electrical designer for a few years, and want to take the next step in your development through a system owner responsibility.

Qualifications you need to have:

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical design
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• You have natural leadership skills and find it easy to share your knowledge

It is an advantage if you also have this competence:

• Experience from the automotive industry
• Good skills in CAD design of electrical systems
• Competence in CAN-bus J1939
