HSM Manager Wanted at Sateba in Långviksmon

About the Position

In the role of HSM Manager, you will work with health, safety, and environmental issues with a strong focus on machine safety. Your primary location will be Långviksmon, but you will also collaborate with the factory in Kungsör and internationally, so travel is part of the job. Your workdays will be very varied, and the main tasks include:

• Conducting risk analyses and improvement work for machine safety.
• Systematic work with safety and environmental issues.
• Coordinating and collaborating on health and safety efforts with colleagues and factory managers.
• Informing and training other staff.
• Traveling between the two factories in Sweden and within Europe.

The position of HSM Manager is a direct recruitment to Sateba Sweden with a start date as agreed. Who Are We Looking For?

This position is suitable for someone with a drive to develop and who enjoys taking responsibility and initiative, as well as collaborating well with others. You have a genuine interest in HSM issues and good communication skills to inspire your colleagues, and you are pedagogical in your teaching approach. We prefer that you have relevant education or equivalent work experience in health, safety, and environmental topics and have worked with or have an interest in machinery.

As a person, you enjoy working systematically and structured and have good administrative skills. You like to work operationally and can manage multiple issues simultaneously. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and/or equivalent work experience as stated above
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience with quality and environmental management systems, ISO 9001 and 14001
