About the Role

As an IT Technician at Cloudo, you will play a key role in our technology department. You will be an important part of our team and work on a variety of tasks where no day is the same. You will handle multiple cases simultaneously and support both customers and colleagues with technical solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing support and service in IT and telephony
• Assisting with printers, conference systems, and other technical solutions
• Prioritizing and managing cases with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT environments

We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented person who enjoys solving problems and helping others. To thrive in this role, we hope you have:

• Experience in IT support and a willingness to develop in the field
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS, AD, and 365
• Experience in network technology and customer interaction
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
