Calderys Nordic in Höganäs is looking for a Quality Laboratory Operator/Technician.

In this role, you will develop your skills in testing and validating products from our production.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the following

  • Daily conduct and document various tests of produced materials
  • Approve production batches in collaboration with other lab personnel
  • Issue QC certificates
  • Handle quality deviations
  • Procure supplies and other materials for the lab as needed
  • Update metrics and the lab's bulletin board
  • Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials
  • Participate in improvement activities

Your profile

  • Basic knowledge of chemistry and preferably a chemistry or technical education
  • Experience from previous lab work
  • Know how to conduct sampling and analyses
  • Good computer skills, can use Excel and preferably other systems such as SAP and PDM
  • Driving license B and forklift license is an advantage
  • You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • You are meticulous, have a good ability to collaborate and communicate with your colleagues
