About the role

Our current IT leader is stepping into the role of CTO, and we are now looking for a team leader for our IT team, which currently consists of two IT technicians. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring a modern, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports the entire organization.

IMI has offices in Sweden, Norway, and Poland, and our business is growing, both organically and through acquisitions, which means your role will have a clear international aspect. You will play a key role in implementing new companies into our IT structure – from technical environment to security. Travel to our various offices is included in the role.

With us, you will combine strategic responsibility with operational work in your daily routine – in an organization with short decision-making paths, high engagement, and great trust in the individual.

Your responsibilities

You will have a varied role where you will work with:

• Leading and supporting the IT team in their daily work
• Planning and implementing security initiatives and internal IT projects
• Improving and automating our internal IT processes
• Supporting the business and being a sounding board on IT issues
• Actively working with ISO 27001 and ensuring we maintain a high level of security
• Ensuring effective IT integrations during company acquisitions

Your profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in IT, preferably as a technician, system administrator, or similar, and who feels ready for the next step in their career. You have broad technical expertise and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, leadership, and business understanding.

We believe you have:

• Excellent knowledge of networks, IT security, and firewalls
• Experience with both Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Familiarity with Azure, Entra, and preferably also DevOps
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English

We see it as a bonus if you have experience with SharePoint, Docker, or PC hardware.
