We are now looking for someone with technical experience who wants to work part-time in IT support. In this role, you will be an important resource for one of our larger clients in both Malmö and Landskrona – stepping in as needed, for example during illness, vacation, or temporary projects with increased resource needs.

This is a flexible hourly position with working hours primarily on weekdays between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM. The assignments vary, and you will have the opportunity to work in a professional and developing IT environment – perfect for you who are studying, freelancing, or looking for a side job alongside other commitments.

Examples of tasks:

• Installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware

• Support and management of AV equipment in conference rooms

• Maintenance of digital information screens

• Basic troubleshooting and support of printers

• General IT support directly on-site with users

We believe you have:

• Experience in IT support or similar work

• Good knowledge of Windows, and preferably also in a Mac environment

• The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and technical problems

• The ability to step in at short notice

• The ability to undergo a background check (credit report and criminal record)

As a person, you are self-sufficient and solution-oriented, while also being able to collaborate and communicate easily with both colleagues and users. You are structured, service-oriented, and maintain a professional demeanor in everything you do.
