Job Description

Randstad Digital is now looking for a support technician for one of our clients. Here you will work in first line support assisting users with their requests via phone, ticketing system, and on-site. You will handle a variety of IT-related issues related to software and hardware, as well as orders. The role also includes follow-up, documentation, and equipment management.

You will work 100% on-site.

The assignment is expected to start in the fall of 2025, after a successful security clearance.

Responsibilities

As a support technician, you will assist users with IT-related issues and:

• Ensure IT equipment is functioning

• Administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)

• Instruct users on how to work with various programs

• Receive and distribute IT equipment, contact users, and review ticket queues

• Manage returns and quarantine of returned computers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an IT-related education and at least twelve months of relevant work experience.

You should also have experience working systematically in a service desk with ticketing systems and documentation routines.

You need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We place great importance on personal suitability, and for this role, it is important to have good social skills and a strong service focus. You should also be communicative and pedagogical to meet users at different levels. It is also important to be structured and have order around you.
