Operator for Industrial Client in Halmstad

What the Role Offers

As an operator, you will work in a manufacturing process where your main tasks involve machine monitoring, quality control, and some manual work. The role suits you who prefer to work in a structured environment with recurring tasks – you simply enjoy becoming really good at what you do.

The work will start during the daytime in the summer (Monday–Friday), but will transition to an evening shift after the summer, which means different working hours and more independent responsibility.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. You are practically oriented, meticulous, and can maintain focus even when tasks are repetitive. You are also a team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive work environment.

Requirements for the Position:
Driver's license B (and access to a car)
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Previous experience in the industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
