Job Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in operating system migration and rollout.
• Previous experience managing large IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with ITIL processes and change management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM) and other deployment tools.
• Experience with compatibility testing and managing application dependencies.
• Understanding of network and security aspects during OS migrations.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing change processes.
• Experience working in agile and/or traditional project methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
• Relevant academic education of at least 120 higher education credits in IT, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Microsoft certifications in Windows 10/11 and Endpoint Management.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to handle changes and adapt to the organization's needs.
