We are now looking for a machine operator for our production unit.

Björnax AB has been around since 1959 and is a manufacturer of smoke-generating products in various forms. We export over 87% of our operations to over 30 countries, with customers in ventilation, firefighting, the hobby sector, the film industry, and the military.

The position is a permanent employment, with a full-time schedule from 07:00 to 16:00. On Fridays, everyone finishes at 14:35 (made up during the week).

The tasks include operating our production machines, handling and mixing raw materials, ongoing manual assembly tasks, inspection, and in some cases, packing. The work requires great precision as the quality demands are high, but it is not physically demanding, so most people can perform the various tasks. Heavy lifting occurs.

You will receive internal training in the tasks to be performed as well as other aspects of our operations such as safety and environmental work, etc. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can easily contribute to a good atmosphere among colleagues. We believe you are an optimistic, punctual, and flexible person. To thrive in this position, you should appreciate varied tasks. Since you will be part of a team, it is important that you enjoy collaborating and creating a positive atmosphere among your coworkers.

Applicants who are ultimately considered for employment will be reviewed by MSB (The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) and the Security Police for their suitability, as we fall under the category of explosive materials handling. This is a legal requirement, and it is not something we at Björnax AB control. As an employer, we only receive information about whether the person is approved or not for employment, not what influenced their decision. We practice a 6-month probationary period.
