About the Role:

As a travel salesperson at Sydamerikaexperten, you will play a central role in creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. Your work will include:

• Sales of Travel: You are the first point of contact for customers and responsible for matching their needs with our offerings.
• Bookings: You will handle everything from flight tickets in Amadeus to hotels and land arrangements.
• Customer Service: Through professional and engaged customer contact, you ensure that every customer receives a personal and memorable experience.

Who Are You?

To succeed in the role of travel salesperson, it is important that you have:

• Experience in Travel Sales: You are a natural salesperson who is passionate about creating satisfied customers.
• Good Knowledge of Amadeus or Other GDS
• Destination Knowledge: You have experience and knowledge of South and Central America.
• Exceptional Customer Focus: You are friendly, service-oriented, and enjoy building long-term relationships.
• Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously: You thrive in a dynamic environment where a lot is happening.

Sydamerikaexperten has its office in Halmstad, and we are primarily looking for someone who can work from Halmstad or Gothenburg. For the right person, there is also the possibility to work from Stockholm, with regular trips to Halmstad.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Some hybrid work is possible after the 6-month probation period. Pension contributions according to a collective agreement, as well as a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK/year. 30 days of vacation.
