We are looking for 3–4 refrigeration technicians and a workshop manager for Kameesy’s new workshop in Jordbro. This is an opportunity to help shape a new workplace, build the team, influence working methods – and share in the success.

About Kameesy

Kameesy operates a refrigeration workshop that works with:

• Repair of refrigeration units (trucks, transport refrigeration).
• Construction of refrigeration units.
• Service and minor repairs of vehicles related to refrigeration.
• Collaboration with other businesses in the same area.

This is a business that was previously run by one of the larger players in the market – now there is a chance to take back the market, with the right team.

You should have experience in heavy refrigeration, especially with refrigeration units for transport and trucks. If you have a refrigeration certificate (according to KYL-Cert or equivalent), it is a big plus – but we also welcome those who are newly trained and want to grow with the job, as long as the team as a whole has the right competence.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience servicing, repairing, or building refrigeration units.
• Preferably has worked with well-known brands.
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Is used to working with regulations and safety requirements in the industry.
• Wants to be part of a close-knit team with high professional pride.

Here we are looking for a really experienced person from the industry. You may have previously run a workshop, led teams, or acted as a supervisor within heavy refrigeration. You know how things should be done, are familiar with regulations, and now want to help build something new – from zero to 100.

We are looking for you who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in heavy refrigeration or transport refrigeration.
• Is used to leading work and teams in a workshop environment.
• Understands the importance of safety, structure, and documentation.
• Is unpretentious, yet clear and responsible.
