Job Description

As an Assistant Buyer, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing administration, procurement of raw materials, packaging, subcontracting services, transportation, production supplies, and consumables. The role also includes administering supplier invoices and serving as internal knowledge support for the sales team regarding materials and subcontracting services.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within purchasing and has a basic high school education as well as practical work experience, preferably as an Assistant Buyer or in similar areas. You should have good computer skills and be comfortable with business systems and Excel.

Your personality should be characterized by responsibility and a desire to grow within purchasing. We value a structured person who is driven, analytical, and has a natural sense of teamwork. We appreciate structured work ability and initiative; you should have a sense of doing what is right rather than what is easy. For the role, proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required. A driver's license is a must as travel may occur, albeit to a limited extent.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of raw materials such as steel and product specifications.
