We are currently looking for an Orthopedic Engineer for TeamOlmed's clinic in Visby, with a wonderful team consisting of 5 employees. At the clinic, we provide orthopedic technical care through the agreement with the region, but we also have a retail operation selling, among other things, shoes, insoles, and orthoses aimed at the growing privately funded healthcare.

Your Responsibilities

Your main task will be to meet patients and provide them with orthopedic technical aids. As an orthopedic engineer in Gotland, you will have the opportunity to work with both orthoses, shoes, insoles, and prostheses, as well as participate in our teams and on-call services towards the hospital. Gotland has a well-established habilitation service (for both children and adults), where you will work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors. We also have a close collaboration with the diabetes foot clinic that meets once a month in team activities. We continuously work on developing our operations, which can involve everything from our product range to improving our processes, in which you will also be involved.

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualified Licensed Orthopedic Engineer
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience working clinically with patients is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (B)
