We are looking for you who are a Certified Massage Therapist and want to develop within our concept.

We are also looking for those who want to train to become a massage therapist, as we can offer you training to become a Certified Massage Therapist.

The positions at 75% include daytime, evening, and every other or every third weekend in a rotating schedule. We are also looking for trained massage therapists for "extra work" every other weekend or some evenings during the week.

We are looking for team players who are used to working hard and want to work with their bodies. A sports background is seen as a great plus, as an interest in training and health is significant in this job!

Many of our employees have studied to become massage therapists, health educators, health promotion specialists, personal trainers, or similar, and we see this as a great advantage as you will greatly benefit from your knowledge in your role with us.

Employment form/Salary conditions

We have serious agreements with a 6-6.5 hour workday (our positions are 126 hours/month) fixed monthly salary and a bonus part that gives you increased motivation and extra benefits. We of course have vacation pay, overtime pay, sick pay, and follow the Employment Protection Act (LAS). The starting salary is set based on age, experience, and education: The base salary is between 18000-21500 SEK plus a bonus of 1500-4500 SEK depending on bookings, with an average of 3000 SEK per month. You also have additional compensation of 500-2000 SEK and overtime pay. So in a typical month, our massage therapists earn between 23000-28000 SEK.

Experience

No experience as a massage therapist is required but is a plus. The most important thing is personality and suitability for the position and other work experiences. 

Duration

The position is expected to start upon agreement.  Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Flex Concept

We also provide paid training through FLEX-ACADEMY so that you feel secure in the concept before starting your employment. The training will deepen your knowledge of massage with new techniques, connective tissue massage, pregnancy massage, as well as our technical systems such as booking systems, intranet, and cash management. All clinics are open every day of the week. We also visit about 30 corporate clients on-site.
