Working Hours

The position is 75% with a rolling schedule including days, evenings, and every other weekend. We are also looking for part-time massage therapists for evenings and weekends. Weekend shifts are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (6.5 hours of work).

Qualifications

We are looking for certified massage therapists who want to develop within our concept. It doesn't matter if you are newly trained or if you completed your education several years ago; we will update your skills when you start with us, as our concept ensures quality. Many of our employees have studied to become massage therapists, health educators, health promotion specialists, or similar, and we see this as a significant advantage as you will greatly benefit from your knowledge in your role with us. Of course, we also hire massage therapists, but primarily you will work as a masseur.

Employment Type/Salary Conditions

We have serious agreements with a fixed hourly wage and a bonus-based component that provides you with increased motivation and additional benefits. We also offer vacation pay and comply with the Employment Protection Act (LAS).

Experience

No experience as a massage therapist is required, but it is a plus. The most important factors are personality and suitability for the position, along with other work experiences.

Duration

The position is expected to start upon agreement. Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

We also provide paid training through FLEX-ACADEMY so that you feel confident in the concept before starting your employment. The training includes advanced techniques in massage, connective tissue massage, pregnancy massage, as well as our technical systems such as booking systems, intranet, and cash management. All locations are open every day of the week. We also visit around 30 corporate clients on-site.
