We are now looking for Parking Attendants for our office in Umeå.

About the role As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within a designated area (private property). Through your presence in the field with a monitoring vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure that parking regulations are followed, and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The work offers a lot of variation, great freedom, and important responsibility.

You will, for example:

• Monitor your work area by car.
• Ensure that parking regulations are followed.
• Ensure that correct and clear signage is present in the area.
• Issue control fees when necessary.
• Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

The position is a needs-based employment with start date according to agreement. Hours vary according to schedule, and evening and weekend work may occur. During the summer, the position will be full-time. Our parking attendants start from our office in Umeå.

About you

To be suitable for the position, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act judiciously. You have a systematic and careful approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel safe.

Requirements for the position:

• Possess a valid B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a service role

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant
• Previous experience in security
