So who are you?

The candidate we are looking for has a genuine interest and experience in the hairdressing profession, always puts the customer first with a big smile on their face, and has good communication skills to quickly understand customer needs and deliver precise and quality-oriented haircuts. You thrive in a team environment but are also self-driven, reliable, and responsible. You are motivated for new challenges and want to continuously develop, inspire your colleagues, and contribute to Cutters' success.

Additionally, you have the following qualifications...

• At least B1 level in Swedish or English
• Professional certificate in hairdressing (experience can compensate for lack of educational requirements)
• Perform effective high-quality haircuts for all genders
• Provide good customer service and product sales
• Good digital competence
• Must be able to work day, evening, Saturday, and Sunday shifts according to the current work schedule
• Contribute to good collaboration and an inclusive work environment

About the employer

We have taken the industry by storm since our establishment in Bergen in 2015, and today we have over 125 salons spread across Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Our salons are among the most visited in the country, and we receive a lot of attention from both the media and customers.
