Summer Temporary Position as Quality Assistant at Skruf Snus

Do you want to be part of a team of dedicated and knowledgeable employees while learning how work functions in the process industry? We are currently looking for summer temporary workers for our client Skruf Snus in Sävsjö to staff the production during the summer, as their regular staff goes on vacation.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of summer Quality Assistant, you will primarily work with quality assurance, analyses, and controls. Your main tasks include:

• Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of the production's self-checks.
• Measuring and analyzing physical product parameters according to established methods.
• Handling deviations.

Working hours are shift work, which means 2-shift or night shift.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone with analytical skills who is interested in evaluating information and results. You need to have a strong drive for product quality, be meticulous and data-driven, and have computer skills. Since we work in a team, you prioritize common goals but also take the initiative to perform tasks within the department's area of responsibility. We seek an engaged employee who contributes motivation and joy to the team and sees the value in your own development. The position requires fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
