We are looking for massage therapists in Partille! We are currently only seeking already trained massage therapists who want to continue developing in our successful concept and become part of the team in Torslanda.

If you are not trained, there is another position you can apply for where you will receive training to become a massage therapist!

Our positions are at 75-80%, which includes daytime, evenings, and every other weekend. If you are a trained massage therapist, we also offer a lower service level between 25-75%, but then it is only shifts in the evenings and on weekends.

Your task as a massage therapist is to provide massage in the form of deep classical massage, pregnancy massage, and connective tissue massage, as well as handle the cash register and take care of the reception. A service job that suits you who enjoy taking care of other people and helping them feel better!

Our recruitment:

Being a massage therapist is largely about personality, commitment, interest, and service. Learning to massage is not difficult if you have an interest and meet all the above and really want to learn. Over the past few years, we have successfully hired over 120 massage therapists this way. First having an interview, hiring, and then training to become a massage therapist from scratch. It is a winning concept where we have gained many very satisfied customers as well as new employees.

Something we are happy about is that our massage therapists can have long-term employment and that our concept has made it sustainable to work as a massage therapist for as long as you want, not just as long as your body can take it!

Employment form/conditions

We have serious contracts at 75-80% with 6-6.5 hours working days (our positions are at least 126 hours/month) fixed monthly salary and a bonus part that gives you increased motivation and extra benefits. We of course have holiday pay, OB, sick pay, and follow LAS. The base salary is set based on age, experience, and education: The salary can vary and be as low as 22000 SEK but also as high as 29000 SEK. The variation depends on the starting salary, but also on how many shifts you have per month - February is e.g. a shorter month while March is longer so you have 21-24 working shifts (of 6-6.5 hours) per month with a rolling 2 or 3-week schedule. You also receive a bonus based on how booked you are. The highest bonus is 4500 SEK and is largely influenced by how you build relationships with your returning customers.

In order for us to provide you with free training, you need to have a long-term vision with the work with us. We invest a lot of time and commitment to make you a fantastic massage therapist so of course, our goal is for it to become a long-term employment!

Duration

The position starts after training in the Flexmassage concept which is 3-5 days depending on how quickly you grasp all parts of the concept. Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

During the training period, you will practice on friends and family, either at home if you can borrow a bench, but preferably at the reception where you will work so you can get into routines and a feel for the workplace at the same time. You will also receive training in our administrative tools locally at your reception and shadow experienced massage therapists (if there is a need for it) and see how they meet customers, be in the treatment room with some customers to see setup and adaptation, understand routines, and take payments. All to prepare you as much as possible for your work as a massage therapist with us!
