About the role As a project manager at Carl Hanssons Rör & Värme, you will play a central role in driving and coordinating projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for finances, quality, work environment, and documentation, ensuring that projects are executed according to set goals and timelines.

The overall tasks include:

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through clear communication and professional interaction.
• Monitoring project finances, ensuring correct invoicing and following up costs against estimates and contracts.
• Calculating PM and additional work, presenting and negotiating with clients.
• Planning and coordinating resources, including subcontractors, designers, and side contractors.
• Leading and motivating installers in collaboration with the team leader.
• Ensuring a good work environment by following laws, regulations, and the company's operational systems.
• Managing project administration, including documentation and reporting in the company's systems.

The role is initially a consulting assignment for at least six months, but for the right person, there are excellent opportunities for a permanent position.

About you We are looking for someone with previous experience in project management and project control within HVAC or related industries. You have good knowledge of contract law, project economics, and installation work, and you are accustomed to handling calculations, purchasing, and business planning.

As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and business-minded. You have a structured working method and the ability to be flexible and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment. The work involves a lot of collaboration with both external and internal contacts, which requires a strong ability to build trust and maintain good relationships. Knowledge of the purchasing and invoicing system Symbrio, calculation programs such as Bidcon, and regulations AB04, ABT06, and AMA VVS is highly meritorious.
