ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a new Spa Host to join our fantastic Spa team at Grand Hôtel!

Visitors to our Spa include hotel guests, external Spa and treatment guests, as well as our members.

In the Spa, there is also a shop with clothing, jewelry, gift cards, and Spa products.

The role of Spa Host is a varied position where you will primarily be responsible for:

Being a host in and around the Spa and informing about our offerings

Taking food and beverage orders and serving champagne

Preparing Spa suites

Ordering and unpacking goods

Ensuring that towels, slippers, fruit, and towels are always stocked in both the spa and gym

Cash handling regarding orders for our members & guests

Ensuring that the Spa and changing rooms are in five-star condition

In the role of Spa Host, both independence and close collaboration with your colleagues at the reception and other departments in the spa and hotel will be required. You are the guest's first impression and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Our guests come from all over the world, so it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

Working hours are according to a rolling schedule that includes weekends, mornings, days, and evenings.

• - Enjoy working physically
• - Are organized and structured
• - Have a warm personality and a high energy level, work well in a team, and are solution-oriented.
• - Previous experience in the service industry within hotels and restaurants as well as Spa is a merit.
