Responsibilities:

• Actively sell and promote our recruitment services to help companies find the right talent.
• Work to attract and promote our services to individuals seeking new career opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through personal meetings, presentations, and calls.
• Conduct marketing activities and campaigns to raise awareness of our services among both companies and candidates.
• Proactively create and adapt marketing materials and campaigns to drive results and increase visibility.

Qualifications:

• Experience in field sales, preferably in service sales or recruitment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and network effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present our services in an engaging manner.
• Experience in marketing or campaign-driven work is a plus.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
