About the healthcare center

Kry's new healthcare center in Hörby opened in September 2023 in modern and new premises. The healthcare center is responsible for approximately 2,600 registered patients. You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team of about 10 employees. The healthcare center is characterized by a modern working method, innovation, new thinking, and patient-centered care. There is a very good atmosphere at the healthcare center, and everyone works together with a common vision of putting the patient at the center through high availability and good service.

About the role

You are offered a flexible job where you can work both physically at the healthcare center and, if desired, also work with digital patient meetings in Kry's digital service, allowing you to work from home (scope according to agreement). There is also the opportunity to take on the role of Medical Advisor, which provides a fixed salary supplement each month. In addition to varied tasks where you meet and advise many different patients, you will contribute to developing and changing primary care, where your ideas create value for the operations and Kry's work to improve primary care.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a trained specialist in general medicine.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have good technical skills; prior experience with digital healthcare meetings is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.

Practical information

Start: According to agreement. Scope: Full-time or according to agreement. Employment: Permanent employment (with an initial probationary period of 6 months). Working hours: Weekdays, daytime. Location: Hörby.
