About the healthcare center

In Bromölla, Kry operates two healthcare centers, Kry Storgatan and Kry Årup, with a total of approximately 55 employees and 12,000 registered patients. The healthcare centers are currently led by the same operations manager, who is assisted by a medical advisor and management support. The healthcare centers offer a varied environment where healthcare staff meet and advise many patients at the clinic. The healthcare centers also have the task of medical participation, advice, and support towards Bromölla municipality.

About the role

You are offered a flexible job where you will work at the Storgatan healthcare center and have the opportunity to work with digital patient meetings, allowing you to work from home (scope according to agreement). In addition to varied tasks where you will meet and advise many different patients, you will contribute to developing and changing primary care, where your ideas create value for the organization and Kry's work to improve primary care. You will belong to a highly skilled and engaged group of 14 doctors, as well as other professional roles at the Storgatan and Årup healthcare centers.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a trained specialist in general medicine.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have good technical skills; previous experience with digital healthcare meetings is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.

Practical information

Start: According to agreement. Scope: Full-time. Employment: Permanent position (with an initial probationary period of 6 months). Working hours: Weekdays, daytime. Location: Bromölla.
