In welfare technology, we assist municipalities and healthcare organizations in creating safer environments for residents and users through modern solutions such as digital supervision, alarm management, and customized safety systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a technician, you will install, service, and maintain welfare technology systems, including safety alarms, access control systems, and sensor systems. In this role, you will have a leadership function where you plan and lead the work on-site with the customer, involving both technical and customer-facing tasks. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance safety and quality of life while streamlining the welfare sector through technology.
You will work both independently and in teams, have direct contact with customers and partners, and act as our outward face. Every day presents new technical challenges that require problem-solving and innovation.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a technically skilled person with documented experience in installation and service within welfare technology, security systems, or similar. You are solution-oriented, interested in technology and digital solutions, and driven by improving safety and welfare.
We would like you to have:
- Experience with safety alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems
- Knowledge of installation and service of technical welfare solutions in healthcare and social care environments.
- Experience with business systems and good administrative skills.
- The ability to build long-term relationships with customers, particularly in the public sector.
- An understanding of how welfare technology can streamline healthcare and enhance quality of life.
- A valid driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience in project management or similar roles is a merit.

OTHER
The position includes a service vehicle, and you will report to the business area manager. On-call duty may be relevant in the future.
The position may be classified in a security class, which means that a security screening with background checks and security interviews may be conducted before employment.
