Your upcoming role As a Train Attendant at SJ Krösa, you ensure that our travelers have a pleasant and good journey. You provide our customers with service, information, and ensure safety on board. You will assist travelers and make announcements during the journey, as well as check that customers have valid tickets. You are service-oriented, have a strong focus on safety, are professional, and ensure that travelers feel comfortable and seen. In addition to training, good benefits, and development opportunities, you will have fantastic colleagues and the chance to meet hundreds of people every day. Working hours vary, and overnight stays in other locations may occur. Flexibility is required during periods of high workload.

The employment begins with a paid full-time training for 4-5 weeks starting in week 18.

Knowledge and experience

• Approved three-year high school diploma or equivalent
• You have previous work experience in the service industry
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional language skills are also valued
• You are IT-savvy and accustomed to handling smartphones

Formal requirements The role of Train Attendant requires a uniform. In this workplace and in this job, you must be drug-free, which may be checked through random drug tests.
