We are a long-term property owner that, together with approximately 70 employees, manages about 6700 apartments across the country. KlaraBo is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

We are now looking for dedicated property caretakers in Tranås for the summer season!

In the role of summer property caretaker, you will be part of our management organization that performs operations and maintenance of our properties in Tranås. You will work closely with the property technicians who operate within the property portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Examples of job responsibilities include ongoing property maintenance, service, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed removal, brush clearing, as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the areas, focusing on the outdoor environment. You will easily contribute to caring for our properties, areas, and tenants in the best way possible.

Who are you?

You are a technically inclined person and a problem solver with high engagement and energy. You are stress-resistant and have a strong sense of responsibility and order. You need to have good communication skills and be service-oriented, as the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and colleagues.

We are looking for seasonal workers who can work from May to August, and it is a prerequisite that you can work the entire period. You will be driving in the job, so a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is required.
