Our client is Sweden's leading supplier of solutions in lifting equipment, steel ropes, and services. In whatever form lifting occurs within the industry, energy sector, ports, nuclear power, construction sites, mines, or offshore, the client has the products and services that make it possible. We work across all industries and develop lifting solutions for all needs.
The unit in Varberg consists of a design department as well as testing and assembly, where designers work directly with customers to solve lifting needs that cannot be met by the standard range. The unit is fully focused on developing, designing, and delivering customer-specific lifting products for the industry.
About the role: As a Project Coordinator at the workplace, you will be responsible for customer commitments by coordinating, quality assuring, and following up on projects from start to finish. You will maintain close communication both internally and externally, from the first inquiry to the delivery of the finished product or service.
Your main tasks include:• Driving larger projects for our key customers• Acting as a link between design, purchasing, suppliers, customers, and the sales organization• Collecting and compiling technical documentation• Quality assuring deliveries of both products and documentation• Creating user manuals and technical guides• Representing the company's Special Products in review meetings
The work is done in systems such as Scala, Vault, HubSpot, and Excel. The role is both stimulating and varied with many points of contact and significant personal responsibility.
Qualifications:- We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience in production technology, technical support, or technical projects. - You have good experience in quality and administration and are used to handling business systems effectively. - You work in a structured and project-oriented manner with a high level of service towards customers. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

For this position, you will initially be employed through Jovi and hired as a consultant to our client with a chance for extension.
