Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech startup located in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into helpful, truly digital contracts that feel like magic.

We’re now looking for another experienced Tech Recruiter to join our People and Culture team at Oneflow. Working with us, you get to map your own development and work with colleagues who are always #inittogether. You will be central to our fast-growing organization and will play a crucial role in building and shaping the future of our teams. We are currently 120+ people representing 25 nationalities and we believe that our diversity, both in terms of background and gender equality, is a strength in our organization.
What are you going to do?
Your main focus will be sourcing and recruiting for all of our tech roles and work alongside Grace, who currently does all of our tech recruitment. We have a lot of plans for this year, so we’re looking for a person who wants to grow and develop with our team. In order for you to thrive, you need to be creative, curious and have the ability to adapt to different target groups. You enjoy networking via LinkedIn, on the phone and other available channels. So if you are a person who likes being challenged and loves to have the opportunity to be creative - then we’re a match made in heaven.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:
· A proven background in tech sourcing and recruitment
· A strong inner drive and sense of ownership
· The ability to be able to speak to and connect to people easily
· A curiosity and dare to question and experiment
· Fluency in English
It is nice to have experience of or an interest in:
· Coding or technology in general
· Competency-based recruitment
· It is also a plus if you speak Swedish (but you don’t need to!)

The recruitment process begins with an interview with our Talent Manager Kim. Then there is a personality and logic test. After that, there is a case study that you will prepare and go through together with Grace, our Tech Recruiter, and then there will be a final meeting with Kalle (CTO).
